In the June 2020 issue of Trendreport, Bill Rodewald, Senior Vice President of the San Diego and Arizona regions, was interviewed for the article, “Plans for Better Times.” In it, Bill shares his views of Harsch’s strategy for successful growth in Arizona by announcing the opening of a regional office at Tucson Distribution Center.
“Harsch invests heavily in managing our own properties to have a personal touch as we support our tenants with their operation and growth needs. A fundamental aspect of our growth strategy is opening a regional office in Tucson to provide the highest level of service to our current and future tenants and to participate in a more active way within the community,” said Bill Rodewald, Senior Vice President and San Diego Regional Manager.
In April 2020, Harsch hired Batoun Herrington, a commercial real estate management veteran with over 20 years of real estate and asset management experience in Arizona to head the new office in Tucson. With the recent completion of a 157,000 square foot state-of-the-art industrial distribution facility at Tucson Airport Distribution Center, Harsch currently owns 700,000 square feet of office, flex, and industrial space in Tucson and Phoenix, as well as 25 acres of developable land in Tucson and 109 acres of developable land in Chandler, AZ.
