On February 17, Harsch Investment Properties’ Las Vegas team won the local TOBY Award for Outstanding Building of the Year in the Industrial Building category for Henderson Commerce Center IV Phase III.

The Outstanding Building of the Year TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry. The TOBY award recognizes excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant relations programs, emergency planning, community impact, and continuing education for building personnel.

Harsch will now compete at the International level. Winners will be announced later in June during the BOMA International Conference and Expo.

About Henderson Commerce Center IV Phase III

The newest addition to Harsch’s Henderson Commerce Center stands out as Clark County’s light industrial gem of 2017. It’s location at the corner of Warm Springs Road and Eastgate Road put this 240,000 square-foot building in the heart of the City of Henderson’s busy business district running 1,200 feet along Warm Springs Road. The property is managed by Roseann Mckeown, who currently manages 10 Properties in the Henderson Area, and Assistant Property Manager, Sarah Johns, as well as Property Administrator, Sucherrie Macaraeg.

Individual BOMA Awards

We are proud to announce that two of our employees were also recognized at the event. Natasha Conner received the BOMA Nevada RPA® of the Year Award and Tasha Blackburn received the BOMA Nevada Principal Member of the Year.

Natasha responsible for the leasing and management of the Henderson and Airport Portfolios, totaling over 2.2 million square feet within the Las Vegas region. Natasha has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and holds both her Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations. Natasha is a current board member of BOMA Pacific Southwest Region and serves as the TOBY Chair, and her properties have won the TOBY award five times locally and twice regionally. Tasha manages 270,290 square feet of office and industrial space at the recently renovated Sunset Airport Center. Tasha currently serves on the BOMA Golf Tournament committee.
