Like all of you, we are deeply concerned about the rapidly evolving events related to the COVID-19 outbreak, and the health impacts and economic disruptions all of us are experiencing.

As a family-first company our thoughts and concerns are for the health and safety of our tenants, vendors, employees and of course all their families. You have likely heard some of the health and safety procedures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and we encourage you to stay informed of the CDC’s latest information and recommendations at https://www.cdc.gov.

On behalf of all 281 members of the Harsch team, our hearts go out to all of you who are dealing with COVID-19 virus. We, like you, recognize the uncertainty that this disease is causing. We also believe in the entrepreneurial American spirit and the resiliency of our fellow citizens to work together to get through this challenging time!

Over the course of our company’s 69-year history, we, like many of you, have gone through recessions and other catastrophic events. Each one seems to be unique and different. Many of us thought there would be a slowdown in the booming economy but none of us expected that to be caused by a virus that is virtually bringing the world to a standstill. We are fortunate to live in the United States, where as a nation, even though we may differ on many issues, whenever there is a crisis we rally together to prevail.

Since the founding of our company, our business strategy is to always think about the communities we operate and live in. Our feeling is that to be a successful businesses, you need to be part of a successful community. We are honored that we have many tenants who have been part of the Harsch family for decades! We never take for granted any of the wonderful tenants working and living in our projects in the six states where we have properties.

Most of our staff are working from home but we are still making sure that all our properties that legally can be open are open. Regional management team leaders, as well as property managers, are always available to make sure your space is available to you if local jurisdictions allow. We are available to talk through any questions or particular issues you may have.

On behalf of all of us, we hope that you and your families stay healthy and again thank you for being our tenant!

Very Truly Yours,

Jordan D. Schnitzer, President of Harsch Investment Properties
