Harsch Investment Properties constructed its first building at Riverside Commerce Center in 2000, and ultimately developed roughly 1.2 million square feet from the ground up over the last 20 years. The latest building, Riverside Commerce Center V, was completed in March and was recently named the Best Real Estate Project of the Year in the industrial category by Sacramento Business Journal.

Riverside Commerce Center V is 104,800 square feet and features 24-26 foot higher clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 28 dock high doors, skylights, and generous truck staging and maneuvering areas. The building is close to 100% leased by Factory Motors, Arjo and Gemini Bio.

Sacramento Business Journal held the Best Real Estate Projects of the Year Awards at the McClellan Conference Center on Friday, September 20 to honor the highest impact real estate projects of the past 12 months in the region. You can read the in-depth interview with Harsch’s senior vice president and Sacramento regional manager, John Shorey, in the Sacramento Business Journal’s article about project.

Congratulations to our regional and development team members and our project partners!
