Chandler, Az., January 13, 2023— Portland-based Schnitzer Properties has announced the completion of Queen Creek Commerce Center. This 560,352 square foot two-building industrial project is situated on 34 acres at Queen Creek Road and Hamilton Street in Chandler.
Strategically located in the fast-growing Chandler Airport Submarket, the Queen Creek Commerce Center provides excellent proximity to nearby businesses, with quick access to nearby freeway interchanges. This project was leased prior to construction to three tenants, Intel, NEHP and Horsepower Automotive Group.

This project is also located less than 15 minutes from the 163,286 square foot Chandler Pavilions Shopping Center which we added to our portfolio last year.”
